Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) - Minneapolis, MN - $1500 Sign-on Bonus
Lake Harriet Veterinary seeks an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician for a Full-Time position at our 7 doctor practice. We are looking for a self-motivated, team player to join our inclusive, talented team consisting of 30 employees. Applicants must be kind, respectful of staff and clients, and ready to work in a busy practice. We provide flexible scheduling and close early on Fridays at 4:00pm and at 12:00pm on Saturdays.
Here at LHV, our CVT's rotate through different roles throughout the week. These roles include:
  • Running our laboratory including in-house diagnostics and outgoing lab sample processing
  • Managing technician appointments
  • Supporting a DVM in appointments
  • Assisting in surgery including preparation, anesthesia, dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
  • Providing support for the entire treatment area staff in our Float position
