Job description

A Cardiovascular Technologist opportunity is available at a 229-bed acute care facility that is Joint Commission accredited, a Certified Primary Stroke Center, and an American College of Cardiology accredited Chest Pain Center, located in Port St. Lucie, FL.
The role. The Cardiovascular Technologist works alongside cardiologists and radiologists in the cardiac catheterization lab, assisting with invasive procedures while maintaining a safe patient environment. Core responsibilities include monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating duties across procedures performed within the scope of the RT/CVT role. The technologist operates imaging and procedural equipment in accordance with ALARA standards, stays current on evolving procedures, equipment, and exam protocols, and supports supply inventory management.
What we're looking for.
• Education in a school of Cardiovascular Technology
• CVT/RCIS or ARRT
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications as a Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association)
• 1 year recent experience as a Cardiovascular Tech or experienced ARRT
Schedule. Full-time, day shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 8-hour shifts with approximately 10 on-call shifts per month.
Compensation. $30.00 - $42.00/hr plus $15,000 sign-on bonus
