Now Hiring – Hospice Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs)

Billet Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health & Hospice team. We are currently looking for clinicians to provide coverage in East Valley AZ.

Our nurses provide personalized care to geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes or residential facilities, working closely with the Director of Nursing to develop individualized care plans that support each patient's unique goals and needs.

At Billet Health, we believe exceptional patient care starts with supporting our clinicians. We offer the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while our staffing team coordinates patient visits based on your preferred coverage area and availability.

Most visits are 45–60 minutes in length and are completed during a 9-week episode of care for Home Health patients, with additional opportunities to provide compassionate Hospice services.

We are specifically seeking nurses who:

  • Are willing to travel throughout the service area
  • Can provide coverage in Mesa Gilbert Tempe area
  • Are available to take one weekend on-call rotation per month
  • Are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona RN License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Current CPR or BLS Certification
  • Current TB Test (skin test within 1 year or chest x-ray within 5 years)
  • IV experience preferred

Compensation
Pay rates are based on a 20-mile radius from your residence and include travel compensation. Additional compensation is available for patients located outside your assigned territory.
