Job description

Our Firm seeks a construction project manager who has experience working on capital projects for Public Agencies in same PM capacity to be a project manager on a new out-of-the-ground border crossing station at the NY/Canada border.

Project Manager - The Project Manager shall have a 4 year degree in Architecture,

Engineering or Construction Management, have 10 years experience in construction

management, and shall have served as Project Manager or Owner’s representative on

at least one project with a minimum construction value of $20 million.

Project Manager should have previous experience in out of the ground public construction.

Project Manager will work on-site when construction activities are going on.

This position will require a minimum of residency for the last three years in the United States - for credentialing.
