Responsibilities - This position will involve processing legal transfer documents and sending to the state, preparing tax and title documents, and assisting in creating leasing and loan paperwork. Verifying the cost and transaction for each vehicle sale - Assisting the new & used car sales team - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation - Performing other duties as assigned - Stocking in vehicles Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Qualifications/Experience-Ability to multitask with ease and professionalism - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment - Quality writing, grammar skills, and computer literacy - Auto dealership experience - CVR Clerk Certified a must - DMV knowledge is a plus. CDK experience in a dealership setting is preferred.
