Familiarity with surgical instruments, cardiopulmonary bypass machines, and hospital information systems is typically required. Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are standout soft skills for this role. These skills ensure patient safety, support surgical teams effectively, and help maintain smooth, efficient operations during complex cardiovascular surgeries.
