Integration Tool Engineer / Project Management Level 1 | El Segundo, California, United States Integration Tool Engineer / Project Management Level 1 El Segundo, CA | Indotronix About the Role Join Indotronix as an Integration Tool Engineer / Project Management Level 1 and play a pivotal role in driving tooling program success within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multifaceted projects, and grow your expertise in both engineering and project management. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenges, leadership development, and exposure to advanced aerospace programs in a supportive, high-performance work culture. Responsibilities - Coordinate technical, financial, and scheduling activities across multiple tooling projects. - Perform Control Account Management (CAM) and support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes. - Maintain and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for ongoing projects. - Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and staffing requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. - Facilitate risk assessments, requirements tracking, and regular status reporting. - Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to support program objectives. - Prepare and deliver presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams. - Support tooling fabrication efforts both onsite and offsite, ensuring alignment with project goals.
