Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on operating CNC equipment using pre-programmed files provided by our Engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience operating one or more CNC machines and is willing to learn additional equipment as production needs grow.
Equipment Used in Our Facility
  • CNC Cutting Tables: Laser, Plasma, and Router
  • CNC Press Brake
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and monitor CNC machines
  • Load material and run pre-set programs
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and accuracy
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measure, caliper, and gauges
  • Work with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  • Meet daily production goals
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Cross-train on additional equipment as needed
Qualifications
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • 1 to 3 years of CNC machine operating experience
  • Experience with one or more CNC machines (Laser, Plasma, Router, or Press Brake)
  • Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and measurements
  • Experience working with metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  • Willingness to train and operate multiple machines as production needs require
