Job description

Description
  • Write SORs and work with purchasing to procure CSW equipment and Tooling
  • Provide Labor/FTTO input for program pursuit quote packages for programs with cut/sew/wrap parts
  • Manage tool builds and deliveries from suppliers at or below budget and on time
  • Ensure procured tools are built to Inteva specifications
  • Coordinate delivery and installation from the cut/sew/wrap lab to the manufacturing facilities.
  • Effectively interact with Inteva team members and customers on regular basis
  • Provide cut/sew/wrap build concept for new business pursuits
  • Provide design guidance for product and tooling development
  • Business Travel Mandatory to support North American sites:
    • 50%+ Launch Travel
    • 20% Non-Launch Travel

Position Requirements
Required:
• Work effectively in a team atmosphere
• Strong degree of self-motivation and self-direction
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under demanding situations
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Competent ability with computer software programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication, and documentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong mechanical skills and desire for hands-on activities
• Good comprehension of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Good sketching and drawing abilities
• Ability to read 2D and 3D designs
Preferred:
• Familiar with Instrument panel, consoles, interior parts in general, design, process and manufacturing
• Basic understanding of Allen Bradley PLC programming
• Comprehension of basic GD&T
• Experience working with cut/sew/wrap equipment such as sewing machines bladder machines, press lamination machines and hand tools like heat guns and staple guns
