Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing programs, with a focus on creative development, digital engagement, and brand experience. This role brings campaigns to life across digital and in-person channels through compelling content, design, and coordinated execution. Working closely with the marketing team, this individual will help support increased awareness and adoption in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Essential Functions

  • Support and execute patient awareness and education campaigns across digital channels, including social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Design and develop visually compelling marketing assets, including digital ads, social media content, presentations, and patient-facing collateral.
  • Lead creative design, visual storytelling, and content development to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Manage the development of messaging, branding, and creative execution for product and program launches, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage creative planning and execution for conferences and events, including booth logistics, collateral development, promotional activities, and on-site brand experience.
  • Make recommendations regarding creative concepts, attendee engagement strategies, and event marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Education teams to translate business objectives into effective creative and campaign deliverables.
  • Assist in planning, building, and deploying marketing campaigns within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and share suggestions to improve integrative tools.
  • Interact with external vendors, designers, and agencies to support campaign and creative execution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations regarding content, creative design, channel mix, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong creative skillset with experience in visual design and content development (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred)
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content best practices
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The annual salary for this position is:

$65,000.00 to $75,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan.
