Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the customer service department in ensuring customer issues are addressed with partner in a timely manner

Prepare weekly reports on System Alerts and resolutions

Interact with Customers to identify and support issues

Coordinate with Partners to dispatch and get resolution on issues

Other tasks assigned from time to time


Qualifications

Requirements:

Very strong attention to details

Must be able to multitask and handle a heavy work load

Individual must be able to research, analyze and think outside the box

Must have excellent verbal and written skills

Possess a strong work ethic and team player

High School Diploma or equivalent
