Job Summary
At HireFrontier, we make hiring simpler, faster, and more human. We're looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative to help both B2B and B2C clients, candidates, and partners with service inquiries โ while keeping records accurate and compliant with our standards.
Responsibilities
โย ย ย Respond to candidate, client, and partner questions and support needs across channels, following policy and compliance standards
โย ย ย Share accurate information on HireFrontier's staffing solutions, services, and platform features, recommending services when appropriate
โย ย ย Keep candidate/client records current in line with data protection standards
โย ย ย Deliver patient, empathetic support to job seekers and hiring partners
โย ย ย Support onboarding for new platform users
โย ย ย Take on other duties supporting staffing operations
Remote Work Requirements
โย ย ย Quiet, distraction-free home office
โย ย ย Reliable high-speed internet (10Mbps down / 5Mbps up minimum)
โย ย ย Self-motivated and disciplined working independently
โย ย ย Available 9:00 AMโ5:00 PM EST
Qualifications
โย ย ย Native English speaker; bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
โย ย ย Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication
โย ย ย Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
โย ย ย Able to quickly learn and explain staffing/recruitment concepts
โย ย ย Comfortable with web platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools
โย ย ย Prior customer service/support experience required
โย ย ย Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
