Job description

SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, the Business Process Analyst supports enterprise system conversions, acquisitions, and operational initiatives by translating technical and data changes into clear business impacts, effective communications, and role-based training. This role focuses on execution, field readiness, and adoption support.

JOB DUTIES
  • Analyzes operational, process, and role impacts from system and data conversions.
  • Documents current and future state workflows.
  • Identifies adoption risks and mitigation actions.
  • Develops role-based communications and Go-Live messaging.
  • Creates training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Delivers training for pilots, phased rollouts, and conversions.
  • Tracks training completion and readiness metrics.
  • Supports UAT, pilots, hyper care, stabilization.
  • Acts as first-line change support during Go-Live.
  • Captures field feedback and elevate risks Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field and five (5) or more years of experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work with field operations and cross-functional teams. Ability to express value for the opinions of others and encourage collaboration. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
