Your Job

As a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and business partners while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support through multiple communication channels, maintain critical business records and customer data, and contribute to a professional, welcoming experience that reflects our organization's commitment to service excellence.

The team works closely with customers, internal departments, and business partners to ensure accurate information flow, timely responses, and efficient office operations that support overall business success.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers, delivering professional and responsive support.

  • Build positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries through phone, email, and chat while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Support business operations by maintaining accurate customer, order, and operational information across multiple systems and customer portals.

  • Contribute to seamless office operations by coordinating communications, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative processes.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely documentation, record retention, and information accuracy.

  • Help maintain an organized and efficient workplace environment through administrative and clerical support activities.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset in every interaction.

  • Assist with special projects, office coordination activities, and other business support initiatives as needed.

  • Maintain and evaluate customer scorecards for reporting

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Six months to one year of customer service, administrative, clerical, or related professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience communicating effectively with customers, guests, and coworkers in both verbal and written formats.

  • Experience using standard office equipment and computer applications in a professional work environment.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple administrative responsibilities while meeting established deadlines.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, front desk, or office support role.

  • Experience working with customer portals, order processing systems, or business databases.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
