We are currently seeking to fill a full time Showroom and Sales Support role at our Cross Plains/Madison location. This role offers the right candidate the potential to develop new skills with career advancement opportunities.ย 


Job Summary:

The Showroom & Sales Support associate increases sales, market share, company profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.


  1. Assisting with the welcoming and functionalities of the store (guest amenities, product & literature samples, stocking of retail items, and organization of showroom)
  2. Responsible for accounts receivable, deposits, and invoicing as well as reviewing and reconciling account receivable daily
  3. Collecting, sorting, distributing, and preparing mail and courier deliveries
  4. Ensuring customer satisfaction is met and exceeded by assisting with customer questions at the store, over the phone or via email, assisting in selling, promoting and marketing Zuern, distributing vendor leads from various platforms, and partnering with the sales team
  5. Monitor, organize, and order office supplies
  6. Assisting the GM in various duties such as facilitating trainings, inventory counts. organizing internal and external events at the store, and other miscellaneous projects
