Client Service Delivery Analyst (Contract)
Responsibilities
  • Support Board Portal software via email and telephone.
  • Assist with mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) migration activities.
  • Provide user training and respond to questions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in gathering business and system requirements.
  • Prepare operational and user documentation.
  • Promote new product features, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement solutions.
  • Support a variety of time-sensitive projects and software-related requests.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and documentation.
  • Assist with software configuration, account setup, and user onboarding.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to support software applications.
  • Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
