Reporting to the VP, Marketing Technology Solutions, the Marketing Tech Solutions Partner’s primary mandate is to manage all customer initiatives the incumbent’s focus will be customer account management.

Responsibilities
•    Review operator documentation with Sales and verify contract deliverables and translate to product delivery plans
•    Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control and close new product delivery and additions to existing installations at client sites 
•    Product Delivery scheduling, including resource requirements, allocation and responsibilities  
•    Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes increasing adoption, expanding use cases, ensuring retention and satisfaction, 
•    Build and maintain successful customer relationships and communications through meetings, presentations, teleconferences between customer and NRT and provide day-to-day support
•    Work with the Product Deployment, Marketing team and Clients to assist with cooperative promotions or trigger-based offers as well as evaluation and communication of the results
•    Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control and close new product delivery and additions to existing installations at client sites 
•    Track and manage the resolution of outstanding issues or requirements 
•    Administer and manage onboarding forms for all new customers.
•    Follow up on issues by engaging appropriate internal departments.
•    Support development of specific plans to ensure revenue growth and quota.
•    Other duties and responsibilities as required by the VP, Marketing Technology Solutions or their designate

Qualifications
•    Proven experience in account/relationship management, business development or client-facing role
•    A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or systems environment; international implementation experience considered an asset
•    Experience in working with multi-geographical customers, providing timely support remotely and in-person.
•    Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment
•    Proven experience in project management area. Technical background preferred.
•    Polished, professional image and excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills a must. This position interacts with clients face-to-face and via phone/Internet on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable speaking with large groups and C-level executives
•    Detail oriented and analytical
•    Excellent organization, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•    Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred
•    Previous experience in marketing, casino operations or equivalent is an asset
•    Accredited education in Business Administration / Business Marketing / or similar fields (or equivalent experience) in business related discipline is required
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Ability to travel is required

The base salary range for this role listed is based on market indicators to determine compensation, and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
