The position will be responsible for the quality assurance, monthly compliance reports that involves reconciliation, weekly suspend auditing, image review, entry level financials and communicating directly with agencies, clients, customers, subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, strong work ethics, and great interpersonal skills. The project is based in downtown Phoenix.

  • Audit subcontractor documents for quality assurance compliance, and performance standards.
  • Compare different sets of data and resolve discrepancies, adjust entries, generate reports, or communicate with other departments or external parties to resolve any issues.
  • Work with financial and operations reports or other documents that need to be reconciled.
  • Use various software tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, operations, and accounting systems to perform their duties.
  • Respond to both internal and external inquires.
