Overview

Sprinklr is an AI‑native Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified‑CXM) platform that helps brands deliver consistent, trusted customer experiences across every touchpoint. This role is located in Dallas, TX and requires onsite presence 3‑4 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Customer relationship accountability – establish proactive communication, program management, representation, and expectation management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations; introduce Sprinklr executives and product leadership as needed.
  • Develop customer champions and advocates so clients can articulate the value Sprinklr is driving to their business.
  • Oversee the customer adoption journey, ensuring resources are engaged and solutions are implemented at each lifecycle stage to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of Sprinklr’s product roadmap and new releases for all relevant stakeholders, contextualized by the customer’s role and future use cases.
  • Track customer health data using CSP tools, including product and feature adoption, consumption against contract commitments, and use this data to drive management activities, recommend actions, and manage risk.
  • Co‑develop customer outcomes plans to deliver on agreed KPI’s and success metrics, and conduct regular cadences to align on value realization and business priorities.
  • Implement repeatable playbooks for customer empowerment and enablement, driving self‑service capabilities, reducing costs, and increasing usage and retention.
  • Identify adoption blockers and prescribe training or workflow optimizations to eliminate consumption risk.
  • Advocate with Sprinklr’s Product and Partnerships teams to drive product enhancements, third‑party integrations, and feature development that benefit the customer.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and other cross‑functional teams to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and increase revenue from existing customers.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the customer’s organization, corporate objectives, financial performance, market conditions, technology stack, and competitive landscape to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Technology Consulting, or Technology Solutions Development.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale transformational programs across Fortune 100 enterprise clients’ customer experience functions.
  • Ability to analyze usage data, KPIs, and health indicators to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, contact center, digital transformation, AI solutions, business analytics, emerging technologies, and data management platforms.
  • Strong program management experience overseeing large, cross‑functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business‑friendly terms and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing executives and C‑level stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25‑50% of the time; local candidates preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP, PMI‑PMP, LSS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
