Customer success associates assist clients with their requests and concerns. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the customer’s satisfaction with their inquiry. As a customer success associate, your job duties may include answering inbound calls from clients, follow up with management about issues that have not been resolved, and in some positions, provide tech support over the phone.
