In this remote role, you will help address questions, resolve concerns, maintain accurate support records, and collaborate with internal teams to create a consistently positive user experience.

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who enjoys helping others, approaches problems with curiosity and good judgment, and can manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to user questions and support requests with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Duolingo products, services, resources, and support processes.
  • Listen carefully to user concerns, identify underlying needs, and provide clear and appropriate solutions.
  • Manage multiple conversations and requests while maintaining consistent service and attention to detail.
  • Document user interactions, actions, and resolutions accurately within CRM and internal support systems.
