Job description:

Regency Transportation is a fast-growing northeast regional truckload carrier looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Billing Clerk in our Franklin, MA office. This role is a crucial resource for customer inquiries, order entry, and invoicing.

Summary:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and our operations team. Assists with entering customer orders, account questions, billing, and other queries. As part of the internal customer service team, your role is critical in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ability to handle high call volumes in a professional manner

Assist customers, verify account information, process orders, and communicate with customers and the operations team by phone or email.

Resolve customer issues via phone and email by exercising discretion and independent judgment while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Outlook

Skills Desired:

Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal

Ability to exercise sound judgment

Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Strong computer skills and experience tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
