Job description

Proman is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team in Spindale, NC. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, including first responders and emergency personnel, providing support with billing inquiries, payments, technical assistance, and service-related concerns.

  • Pay Rate: $14/hour + Bonus Opportunities
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Shift: 8-hour shift (between 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
  • Location: Spindale, NC

Duties:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and technical service issues
  • Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions
  • Clearly explain available options and guide customers through solutions
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
