Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our company, assisting customers with questions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships and upholding our company’s values of Servant Heart, Grit, Winning, Vision, and Consistency.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns or complaints.
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
  • Work closely with other departments to support customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.


Preferred Job Requirements for a Call Center Representative:

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

  • General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
