Position Overview

Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist manages a high volume of interactions via phone, email, webstore chats, and is responsible for collaborating with internal teams to address customer requests, concerns, and updates. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, providing reliable support, clear communication, and consistently delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve processing delays or discrepancies to support operational efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Communicate proactively with sales, operations, production, and vendors regarding order issues, updates, and resolutions.
  • Identifyand troubleshoot problems related to inventory availability, system errors, or customer requests.
  • Process web-store orders accurately and provide tracking, updates, and resolutions for customers ordering from our website.
  • Provide weekly spreadsheets to customers with shipping updates, delays, and tracking information.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related administrative role.
