Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their needs and helping them find the right pre-owned vehicle.
• Build relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of available inventory, vehicle features, and dealership products.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
• Work with Sales Managers and other dealership departments to provide a smooth and professional buying experience.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and complete sales paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provide a positive customer experience while representing Quantrell Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred; strong commission-based sales experience will also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Comfortable learning and using dealership technology and sales tools.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
