Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 10210 Greenbelt Road, Suite 200, Lanham, MD 20706 (2-3 days onsite)
Client: NASA

Job Summary:
Business Integra Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support NASA SEWP's award-winning customer service team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience to Federal Government customers by providing effective support through phone, email, and live chat. The CSR will be cross-trained in the Customer Care and Order Management departments to provide comprehensive and backup support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and manage incoming calls, emails, and live chats to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
  • Communicate clearly, listen actively, and present solutions effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Document and track tickets using the customer support application (ServiceNow).
  • Review and enter orders into the database with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, providing feedback to improve processes and resolve issues.
  • Deliver the highest level of service, exceeding customer expectations with a surprise and delight approach.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak times, particularly in August and September.
  • Option to participate in customer training and event support (less than 10% travel).
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma plus 4 years of customer service experience in a business environment, or a college degree.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools like ServiceNow and US Government contracting experience is a plus.
