Customer Service Representative (CSR) โ Aurora, CO Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with 2โ3 years of CSR experience (tile & stone industry preferred). This role supports daily sales operations and requires accuracy in order processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
โ Process and enter sales orders accurately and efficiently
โ Prepare and follow up on quotes
โ Manage high volume of incoming phone calls and customer emails
โ Coordinate deliveries and pickups with warehouse team
โ Communicate order status, lead times, and backorders
โ Handle returns, claims, and issue resolution professionally
โ Support outside sales reps on project tracking and specifications
โ Verify inventory availability and incoming shipments
โ Maintain accurate customer records in ERP system
โ Assist with submittals and documentation for commercial projects
Required Qualifications
โ 2โ3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative (tile/stone preferred)
โ Experience with QuickBooks Online required
โ Strong multitasking ability in a high-volume environment
โ Professional written and verbal communication skills
โ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
โ Experience with SOS Inventory a plus
โ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Schedule & Expectations
โ MondayโFriday, 7:30 AM โ 4:00 PM
โ On-site in Aurora warehouse/office
โ Consistent punctuality required; employees are expected to be on time daily
โ High responsiveness during business hours
Compensation & Benefits
โ $23โ$27 per hour depending on experience
โ 10 PTO days annually
