Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Aurora, CO Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with 2–3 years of CSR experience (tile & stone industry preferred). This role supports daily sales operations and requires accuracy in order processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Process and enter sales orders accurately and efficiently
● Prepare and follow up on quotes
● Manage high volume of incoming phone calls and customer emails
● Coordinate deliveries and pickups with warehouse team
● Communicate order status, lead times, and backorders
● Handle returns, claims, and issue resolution professionally
● Support outside sales reps on project tracking and specifications
● Verify inventory availability and incoming shipments
● Maintain accurate customer records in ERP system
● Assist with submittals and documentation for commercial projects
Required Qualifications
● 2–3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative (tile/stone preferred)
● Experience with QuickBooks Online required
● Strong multitasking ability in a high-volume environment
● Professional written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
● Experience with SOS Inventory a plus
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Schedule & Expectations
● Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
● On-site in Aurora warehouse/office
● Consistent punctuality required; employees are expected to be on time daily
● High responsiveness during business hours
Compensation & Benefits
● $23–$27 per hour depending on experience
● 10 PTO days annually
