Location: 2027 196th St SW Suite A101, Lynnwood, WA 98036

$25–$29/hr. + bonus potential

Ballard Natural Gas and Home Services is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently on the phone, and knows how to turn conversations into booked opportunities.

Experience in the home service industry, trades, or Service Titan is highly preferred.

Schedule

  • Full-time in office position
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Training schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Standard schedule Tuesday–Saturday

What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter customer information and notes into ServiceTitan
  • Help drive revenue through strong phone and sales skills
  • Maintain professionalism and urgency during busy seasons

  • Previous CSR, call center, dispatch, or phone sales experience
  • Home service/trades industry experience strongly preferred
  • Service Titan experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication and phone sales ability

  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
