We are looking for Service Team Member: Liner, Order Taker, Cashier for our Buford location.
Job Summary:
As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and providing a premium experience to our guests. You will greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto! food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and take the order from the guest
  • Order/ticket prioritization
  • Station cleanliness and sanitation
  • Menu knowledge
  • Guest interaction
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
  • Display professionalism
  • Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards including wearing non-slip shoes
  • Point-of-sale system knowledge
  • Catering orders delivery
  • Third-party delivery system knowledge and operation
  • Occasionally drive catering orders (reimbursed for mileage)
  • Be comfortable standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbs
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Food service experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to details
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
