Graham is actively recruiting a Project Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Director, this role is responsible for managing all buildings and architectural scopes on a transit project, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and high‑quality outcomes. The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle from planning and pre‑construction through execution and close‑out while managing project financials, HSEQ requirements, and client relationships. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to junior project team members.  

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead major project scopes: Lead the buildings and architectural scopes of a large heavy rail transit project from planning through close-out.
  • Own budget, estimating, and financial performance: Partner with Preconstruction to develop and manage budgets, cost reports, quantities, forecasting, and profit and loss.
  • Manage subcontracting and change control: Oversee subcontractor scoping, selection, execution, and the full change management process, including pricing and negotiations.
  • Drive day-to-day project execution: Manage schedules, milestones, staffing, subcontractors, materials, and daily project operations, escalating issues as required.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and performance: Maintain a safe and secure work environment while monitoring KPIs, quality standards, and team performance]

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of direct construction experience, with experience varying based on project size, scope, and complexity.
  • Skills: Strong technical and leadership skills across project management, estimating, and field management, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract and risk/claim management, and profit and loss responsibility

Compensation

  • Salary Range $137,000 to $165,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
