Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LSP with customer service and insurance sales representative to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have Allstate Insurance experience in a similar role. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service to policyholders. Also upselling/cross-selling insurance products and services to existing customers/prospects to generate new business to meet sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.

  • Cross sell products and services

  • Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.

  • Generate new business through leads & referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active GA Insurance License P&C or Personal Lines (required) OR willing to obtain a Non-resident license in 3 weeks.
  • Must have Allstate Insurance sales/service experience (required)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance is a plus.
