Fitness Factory makes purchasing home and commercial fitness equipment fast, easy, convenient, and affordable. Our products play an immense role in changing, influencing, and enhancing the lives of our customers. 


Our established company with a more than 35-year history of success is growing. We are seeking a Sales Support / Customer Service professional to work with our eCommerce sales team in our Forest Park, IL office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Respond to and solve customer service issues through email, web chat, Amazon, eBay and phone 
  • Manage and process daily orders within our ERP system, ensuring seamless transfer from e-commerce platforms to the shipping warehouse
  • Answer live support calls
  • Manage backorders
  • File traces and claims with shipping companies
  • Call and email customers if additional information is required to fulfill their order
  • Assist sales team with post-sales support

General Qualifications: 

  • Willing to adapt and learn 
  • Excited to work directly with end customers on the phone
  • Strong desire to solve problems with the least touches possible
  • Average to strong typing skills
  • Ability to proficiently navigate Microsoft Office and multiple online marketplace platforms
  • Ability to work on-site in office, 5 days per week
  • Positive attitude

  • Prior customer service experience
