Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in Hanover Park (this is not a remote position)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Requirements

  • Knowledge in Windows based computer systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Open to learning proprietary software programs for Camcraft (Epicor (preferred), IQS & sharepoint) and customers.
  • Proficient in verbal and email communication, working as the liaison between the company and customers.
  • Understanding of production helpful in working towards customer's needs and involving other departments as needed.
