Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: $24-$32 per hour ($49,220-$66,560 annually)
  • Generous Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure.

As a Service Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting field technicians, service managers, dispatch operations, and business leaders by coordinating administrative, reporting, compliance, and operational activities that help drive exceptional customer service and business performance.

Operations Coordination

  • Monitor operational metrics and provide reports, trend analysis, and performance insights to managers. 
  • Track technician timecards and identify recurring discrepancies, trends, or process issues.
  • Review GPS and drive-time data for anomalies and communicate findings to management.
  • Alert managers regarding overtime trends and workforce utilization concerns.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and communicate upcoming service appointments.
  • Maintain on-call schedules, audit tracking reports, and operational documentation.
  • Support inventory management activities and assist with tracking operational deadlines.
  • Track compliance training completion and send reminders regarding upcoming due dates.
  • Assist with expense reporting and credit card spend tracking.
  • Review completed work orders and validate invoice accuracy before routing for billing.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for accounts receivable follow-up and collections coordination.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings, capture meeting notes, and track follow-up action items.
  • Support onboarding activities for new technicians and track completion of onboarding milestones.

Safety & Quality

  • Promote and support a safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and sustainability policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative, operations support, compliance, service coordination, or similar roles. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:

  • Excel
  • Word
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • College coursework or higher education preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools, timekeeping systems, or business analytics.
  • Experience supporting field service, facilities, HVAC, construction, or operations organizations.

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Primarily office-based with frequent computer and administrative work.
  • Must be able to maintain focus and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel to meetings, job sites, or company events may be required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for business-related travel.
