Customer Service Representative

Location: Santa Paula, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25.00$29.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to work closely with Sales Representatives, customers, and manufacturers. This role serves as a key liaison between all parties to ensure purchase orders are processed accurately, communicated effectively, and tracked through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with Sales Representatives and customers
Act as a liaison between Sales Representatives, customers, and manufacturers
Receive and confirm customer purchase orders
Generate purchase orders for manufacturers
Track purchase orders and provide updates as needed
Assist with customer inquiries and order-related issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication throughout the order process

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with SAP software preferred
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and manufacturers
