Customer Service Representative - Delavan, WI (Hybrid)

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Delavan, WI team. You will provide world class customer service to customers of Pentair. This position will provide end-to-end customer support by promptly processing customer requests and support of Pentair's revenue and growth. This position will also help build sustainable processes to improve customer care; anticipating and providing solutions for sales opportunities.
You will:
  • Coordinate internal activities and external customers' expectations to ensure Legendary Customer Service.
  • Primary contact for Pentair Distribution and Sales Network.
  • Provide day-to-day problem resolution; effectively communicating by telephone and email.
  • Managing incoming email and providing timely responses within 24 hours or less.
  • Coordinate information between customers and internal departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production Planning and Logistics) to meet customer expectations.
  • Work with internal management & personnel to expedite orders at customer's request.
  • Work closely with logistics relative to delivery instructions and expediting. Assist with booking of containers.
  • Strong working relationship and interface with cross-functional departments.
  • Be attentive to phone calls, ensuring sufficient coverage at all times.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and soft skills.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, exercise good judgement, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, attention to detail and work under pressure.
  • Must be able to respond to the needs of our distributors and customers in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical standards.
  • Associates degree in a related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims department/customer service.
  • SAP experience preferred but not required.

Shift/Hours:
  • 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid three days a week onsite

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
