Bilingual Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist (English/Spanish)

We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist to serve as the vital link between our customers, sales team, operations, and business partners. In this role, you'll take ownership of customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do

✅ Process and manage domestic and international customer orders within our ERP system.

✅ Coordinate order fulfillment, tracking products from order entry through delivery.

✅ Verify product availability, pricing, shipping methods, and customer-specific requirements.

✅ Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.

✅ Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and other teams to solve customer-related challenges.

✅ Manage Customer Service Requests (CSRs) and product-related concerns by gathering information, coordinating solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.

✅ Build strong cross-functional relationships and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

✅ Maintain accurate customer data across ERP and other company systems.

✅ Route customer requests to the appropriate internal teams or affiliate locations.

✅ Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation assistance.

✅ Submit sample and documentation requests on behalf of the Sales team.

✅ Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of related customer service, logistics, manufacturing, or order management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, Batch Master, or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, routing, carriers, and Incoterms
  • Ability to perform basic business math and unit conversions
  • Continuous improvement or Lean mindset
  • Food industry experience
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus
