We're looking to hire a Customer Service Intern based in Mississauga.


Located at our Canadian head office, you are responsible for delivering exceptional support to ESAB distributors, dealers, industrial customers, and key accounts. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and strong customer relationships while collaborating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, pricing, returns, and warranty inquiries
  • Process customer orders accurately using SAP platform
  • Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
  • Track and communicate order status, backorders, shipment updates, and delivery schedules to customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, product issues, pricing discrepancies, and service concerns efficiently
  • Manage customer returns, credits, warranty claims, and escalation cases


WHO YOU ARE

  • The candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain,
  • Customer Service, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are a necessity.
