Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their inquiries with care and clarity.

Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Assist clients through the claims process, offering support and guidance during difficult situations.

Review customer accounts regularly to identify coverage gaps and suggest beneficial adjustments.

Maintain precise records in our internal systems to ensure every client interaction is documented properly.

Collaborate with the broader team to solve complex problems and improve our service workflows.


Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within reasonable time frame

Having bilingual abilities, either English/Hispanic or English/Russian is preferred

Willingness to pursue level of education to obtain deep understanding of policy language, coverage.and forms.

Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills..

Ability to effectively remedy situations involving client dissatisfaction.
