Position Overview
Rx Valet is seeking a professional and service-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team in Lawrenceville, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, healthcare providers, and partners, delivering accurate information and timely support related to prescription services, billing inquiries, and account updates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment where delivering excellent service is the top priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding Rx Valet services, prescription assistance programs, and billing inquiries
  • Document all customer interactions and actions in the company CRM system in real time
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on pending prescriptions, billing verification, and account updates
  • Verify and update member account information to ensure data accuracy
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately by collecting all relevant information and routing to supervisors or specialized teams
