Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Brea, CA
Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (+ 1 day work from home) 8am-430pm
Training Schedule: 2 weeks at 6am-230pm
Type: Long-Term Temporary Assignment 

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, process orders, create cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining accurate customer information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls, take messages, and create CRM cases.
  • Process orders and fulfill customer requests accurately.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and database information.
  • Meet individual performance goals and team KPI targets.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong communication, listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, flexible, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Medical device/dental implant knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining less than a 1% error rate.
