Job description

Customer Service Representative

As a fresh face in the flooring world, Gaia is building a brand that our customers and end users can be satisfied with. As a Customer Service Rep, you will often provide the first impression of Gaia to our customers and business partners. You will be answering phones and helping individuals who come to our office to pick up materials. Ultimately, we’re seeking a Customer Service Rep that demonstrates a strong work-ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Strong communication and teamwork will be vital in this role.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Location: 26609 79th Ave S, Kent WA 98032
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage clients with a positive demeanor when they’re Will Calling materials
  • Answer phone calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Conduct stock checks, order placements, and send confirmations
  • Perform data entry and up keep on daily logs
  • Follow up with clients on open orders and cancellations of unneeded orders
  • Schedule delivery routes efficiently and confirm deliveries
  • Assist the outside sales team by providing general information about products and services to clients and potential dealers
  • Have open communication with management to remain updated on new products, policies, and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service Experience (At least 1 year)
  • Knowledge of the Google Suite and MS Office Suite
  • General computer and virtual skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills
  • US Work Authorization
