Customer Service Representative - Trainee Location: Tualatin, OR (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 / year About the Role Are you a customer-focused professional looking to grow your career? We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Trainee to join our team in Tualatin, OR. You will play a key role in supporting our industrial customers by providing top-tier service, processing orders, and assisting our outside sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, stock availability, and shipping dates.
  • Process phone orders, prepare price quotes, and enter sales data accurately.
  • Fulfill orders to customer specifications and help source industrial products.
  • Partner with the outside sales team to provide administrative and quote support. Qualifications & Skills
