Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
-Comfortable using computers.
