Job description

This role is responsible for processing customer orders, credit administration, resolving inquiries and assist in all aspects of customer service. Providing exceptional service in fluent English and French. Customer Service - Respond promptly to customer inquiries by telephone and email in English and French. - Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, invoicing issues, and other account concerns. Provide product availability, pricing, order-status, and backorder information. - Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions. Deliver professional, courteous, and solutions-focused service. - Enter and process customer orders accurately using Sage 300 and Importing tools. Facilitate promotional orders, special requests, and account-specific requirements. - Monitor shipments, backorders and communicate updates to customers. - Process credits for return goods, price adjustments, frequent feeder and coupons. - Arrange return authorizations - Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting to resolve customer issues. - Assist with departmental projects and customer-service process improvements. - Attend trade shows or company events when required. - Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. - Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written. - Strong organization, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. - Excellent verbal and Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
