Job description

Election And Customer Service Support

This position is responsible for providing election and customer service support for the Clerk Treasurer's office. This position is estimated to be 30 โ€“ 40 hours per week, with an end date of November 27th. Union Affiliation: Non-Union Pay Grade: $28.08 Hourly Remote Tier 1: Zero (0) days remote/month

Essential Job Functions
  • Assists with all aspects of election administration, including processing voter registration applications and revisions, preparing Election Day supplies, processing absentee ballots, and performing other election-related duties as assigned.
  • Assists with Clerk Treasurer customer service transactions including early voting, issuing vital records, and responding to email or phone inquiries.
  • Performs office and clerical duties including processing and routing mail, verifying recorded land record documents, and processing and filing paperwork associated with the provision of services in the Clerk Treasurers office.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
  • Performs other duties as required.
