Job Overview

First Service Air Conditioning Contractors Inc is seeking experienced, motivated HVAC Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. In this role, youโ€™ll perform residential, commercial, and government HVAC service, installation, and maintenance work across a diverse range of projects. Youโ€™ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure our customers receive top-tier service with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform HVAC system installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with safety codes, company standards, and customer expectations.
  • Document completed work and communicate with dispatch and project managers.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment in clean, working condition.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend work as needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial service.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting methods, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.
