We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager who is passionate about client relationships, retention, and service excellence.
ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
This role combines customer service, account management, and sales support within a fast-paced insurance agency. You will support existing clients, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and overall customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and text (inbound & outbound communication)
  • Manage and service a book of business / client accounts
  • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
  • Support client retention and relationship management
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling (Life, Health, Auto, Home, Liability)
  • Generate referrals and schedule customer review appointments
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems (ECRM or similar)
  • Follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to work in office. This position is not remote.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
  • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
